Casa Vallejo Hotel Baguio, Baguio City

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to SM Baguio and within walking distance of downtown and tourist destinations. The rooms had some issues like a leaking bidet and noise from the road, but the air cooler was a nice addition. The staff compensated for the room's inadequacies, making for a nice stay overall.

I stayed at this hotel, which was near the road, so the noise could be bothersome for light sleepers. The rooms were clean but a bit loud due to their location. The service was courteous and helpful, although not as friendly as expected. The location was excellent for those interested in the business district but needed an air conditioner. The dining experience was decent with good portions but nothing special.

Although the hotel is conveniently located near key places and easily accessible, the rooms were disappointing with a broken air conditioner and cleanliness issues. Additionally, the service was lacking, with noisy staff near the rooms. On the bright side, the dining offered good quality meals, and the location was very convenient.

Arriving on a cold rainy evening, we were eager to settle in, but the staff kept us waiting with unnecessary details before letting us dry off in our stufy room near the stairs. Opening the windows was a must for air circulation, albeit at the Session Road side. Although options to upgrade to an AC room were offered, our first impression wasn't the most welcoming.
